-Jewelry Care-

While our jewelry is made with durable materials, excessive exposure to water, chemicals, and extreme temperatures may potentially affect its quality and lifespan. To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we strongly recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, such as swimming, bathing, or submerging in liquid. 

It is also recommended that they be cleaned with a dry and soft cloth regularly and immediately after being exposed to water. Please avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotion, alcohol, or other harsh chemicals. Please note that 100% anti-tarnish-free does not scientifically apply to sterling silver and copper. However, our jewelry pieces use heavy plating techniques, which slows down the process of each jewelry piece from being tarnished slightly over time. 

All of our earrings are made of hypoallergenic 925 sterling silver. Therefore, it is normal for them to be bendable. We advise cleaning the pin with an alcohol pad before wearing them.

Store it in a dust bag or a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid direct sunlight.

We value our customers and strive to provide them with the best experience possible. Therefore, we offer a one-year warranty IF your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or shows visible signs of tarnishing.

For whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your order and want to cancel please contact us at hello@lunamorse.info 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your cancellation request after 48 hours as our warehouse have already processed your order. 

Please note that an order is not considered canceled until you receive a confirmation email confirming your cancellation. Refunds will take up to 14 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment.
